Cafe Piccolo
Cafe Piccolo, run by owners Nick and Trish Carlino is a wonderful place. It has a delightful vibe, sultry with an orange-ish glow and the food is excellent. My personal favorite is the Chicken Scaloppini in which the chicken medallions come covered with a mouth watering sauce.
The wine selection is excellent and I am introduced to new wines on every visit.
In short, see for your self.

Solar Landscape Lighting
Set up is trivial and the kit includes a built in light sensor for auto on/off. Price was around 30 dollars and so far well worth the money.

Zippy's Giant Burgers
There's a new hamburger joint in "Wesseattle". The owners, Blaine and Rahel Cook, have perfected a recipe that is reminiscent of the glory days of burgers. Decorated with pictures of hamburger stands from the sixties and seventies, Zippy's is perpetually packed. While only open for three weeks, they already have a loyal offering as can be seen from the Zippy's Giant Burgers myspace page.
We ate there on Saturday and were lucky enough to score one of the two tabletops. The burgers were great, juicy and full of flavor. The crowd was very eclectic which is indicative of the neighborhood. They made a great choice of in their location as they are obviously filling what was an unfulfilled hunger.
